Can you build a semi-instant battle version?

But that is instant battle version.

The time is still running when I decide to attack or use magic.

Semi-instant battle is meaning when it's the character's turn to action then the time will stop.

After I decide what to do then the time run again.

find this in fight.c:
   if ((g_Battle.UI.state == kBattleUISelectMove &&
      g_Battle.UI.MenuState != kBattleMenuMain) ||

change it to:

   if (g_Battle.UI.state != kBattleUIWait ||

still though, I (personally) did not like such a battle mode (waiting for the time charging is just unnecessary delay if the time pauses whenever player has a turn, tactics like wait first & heal after enemy attack is not possible, and 合擊 cannot be implemented with such battle mode) so I'm not going to add this in SVN.
